Xiaomi has unveiled a high-end tablet, the Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro, featuring a 12.4-inch 6K display with a 144Hz refresh rate and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.

The Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro features a 12.4-inch 6K (3,048 x 2,032 pixels) IPS LCD screen with support for Dolby Vision, 144Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 900 nits peak brightness. Xiaomi claims it is the first tablet with such a high resolution and smooth display. The Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro sports a metal unibody design with quad speakers tuned by Dolby Atmos. The tablet comes in three colour options – Black, Blue, and Green.
Powering the tablet is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile platform, featuring improved CPU and GPU performance over last year’s model. In terms of memory and storage, the Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro offers plenty of configuration options – 8GB/12GB/16GB RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB storage. The tablet runs MIUI 14 based on Android 13 out of the box.
Backing up the package is a large 10,000mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging. Xiaomi is also releasing accessories like a keyboard case and stylus. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, and USB Type-C.
There is a dual camera setup on the back comprising a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. The front houses a 32MP selfie camera.
