NEW DELHI: Kolkata Knight Riders‘ dynamic duo, Andre Russell and Rinku Singh, captured the hearts of fans with their infectious spirit as they entertained their teammates during their flight to Vizag. In a delightful moment, the pair treated everyone onboard to a lively rendition of the popular song ‘Lutt Putt Gaya‘ from KKR co-owner and Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan‘s last released film, ‘Dunki‘.
The impromptu performance showcased their playful camaraderie and love for entertainment. As KKR prepare for their upcoming clash against the Delhi Capitals on April 3, Russell and Rinku’s light-hearted gesture added a touch of joy and unity to the journey, reflecting the vibrant spirit of the IPL both on and off the field.The franchise shared the post on social media platform ‘X’, captioning it: ‘Who did it better – Dre or Rinku’.

The video showed Rinku, the star finisher for the KKR, humming to Shah Rukh Khan’s catchy tune, ‘Lutt Putt Gaya’. Playfully, Rinku urged his teammate Russell to join in and sing the song.
However, Russell, with his trademark confidence and charm, humorously intervened, claiming ownership of the song by stating, “You don’t sing that song, it’s my song.” With the stage set, Russell took centre stage and delivered a flawless rendition of the popular SRK track, captivating fans with his singing prowess and infectious energy.
Adding to the lighthearted banter, Rinku couldn’t resist poking fun at Russell’s accent, playfully mimicking him. The teammates’ camaraderie showcased the bond within the KKR camp, highlighting the fun and spirited atmosphere that accompanies their journey in the IPL.
