NEW DELHI: The Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal‘s petition challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in a money laundering case related to an excise policy will be heard by a three-judge bench of the Supreme Court on Friday. Kejriwal’s lawyer, Abhishek Singhvi, sought an urgent listing before Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud’s bench, who redirected the plea to Justice Sanjiv Khanna’s bench.

Subsequently, the matter was brought before Justice Khanna, who scheduled a hearing with a three-judge panel. Kejriwal approached the Supreme Court following his arrest by the ED on Thursday night.
