Supreme Court special bench set to hear Delhi CM Kejriwal's plea against arrest

NEW DELHI: The Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal‘s petition challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in a money laundering case related to an excise policy will be heard by a three-judge bench of the Supreme Court on Friday. Kejriwal’s lawyer, Abhishek Singhvi, sought an urgent listing before Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud’s bench, who redirected the plea to Justice Sanjiv Khanna’s bench.
