The three-day pre-wedding festivities of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant have finally ended, captivating the internet with their fashion statements, grand decor, and grand musical performances. According to a guest who attended the festivities, the lunch on day two showcased an array of Indian regional cuisine.With an extensive selection of savory dishes, it was the typical Indian desserts served in elegant glass crockery that truly captured everyone’s attention and stole the spotlight.

The guest revealed that during the lunch hours, approximately 600 attendees were treated to a diverse spread of desserts and traditional dishes. Prepared by a team of skilled chefs from the renowned Lucknow-based Sweets and Namkeen brand Chhappan Bhog, the menu featured a total of five varieties of one-bowl desserts, alongside halwas, chikkis, and authentic Bengali and Gujarati delicacies.
Describing the one-bowl desserts, the guest detailed the beautiful offerings. The first dessert featured rabdi perfumed with pineapple slices and pistachios, elegantly topped with additional pistachio slices. Following this, chenna (cottage cheese) was enriched with milk, sweetened with jaggery, and adorned with Macadamia nuts, creating a rich and flavorful treat. The third creation showcased a delightful combination of banana, thickened milk, and pine nuts, served in small glass bowls for added charm.
The dessert menu further delighted guests with an mixture of four types of halwa. These included urad dal and pine nuts, mamra badam infused with kesar, candied papaya halwa, and an intriguing creation made from beetroot, accompanied by khurchan. Additionally, according to another guest, the dessert selection featured three varieties of gur chikki. These included sesame seeds and cashews, pistachios with delicate rose petals, and a unique blend of roasted almonds and jaggery.
