Indian IT major HCLTech is said to have conducted a recruitment drive on February 17 at its campus in Gannavaram, Vijayawada, to recruit people for more than 500 positions across technologies.
HCLTech’s recruitment drive presents opportunities for professionals with three or more years of work experience across technologies (including Java Full Stack Developers, Java + AWS Developers, Microsoft .Net Developers, Oracle/PLSQL Developers, SAP: ABAP, Hana, Basis, C/Linux Developers, and SQL/Oracle DBA).

HCL Technologies asks employees to report to office thrice a week
Earlier this week, HCL Technologies asked all employees who are part of Digital Foundation Services (DFS) to come to office at least three days a week beginning February 19. The company reportedly sent communication to employees regarding the same. “Non-compliance to the…guidelines will be treated as unauthorised absence and call for disciplinary action in line with company policy,” the memo to staff said.
All DFS employees, irrespective of their band, will be required to work from their designated HCLTech offices for a minimum of three days in a week, the memo said, adding that designated managers will be required to ensure that roster compliance is updated on the designated portal.
HCL’s DFS division has 80,000 employees.
