An ED team, in a series of raids conducted at 17 locations in Uttarakhand, Delhi and Haryana till late Wednesday, found approximately Rs 2 crore worth of cash, gold and valuables, along with documents related to immovable properties worth crores in connection with its investigation into the Corbett Tiger Reserve (CTR) scam in which over 6,000 trees were illegally cut even though permission was obtained for just 163, reports Gaurav Talwar.
