Earlier, Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon, who are busy promoting their upcoming film, ‘Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’, too shared their reactions to this disturbing trend. In an interview with India Today again, Shahid emphasized that the core problem lies with humanity. Rather than attributing responsibility to artificial intelligence, he pointed out that individuals often create and project an alternate reality on social media. This divergence between the online portrayal and actual reality can lead to comparisons and, consequently, contribute to feelings of depression.
The actor further noted that humanity tends to seek an alternative reality, which is essentially what AI represents. Additionally, Shahid emphasized the fundamental distinction between creations made by humans and those created by a higher power. He highlighted that this theme is subtly woven into the film.
In contrast, Kriti Sanon shared her perspective on the matter, expressing concern over the prevalence of morphed videos. She acknowledged the emergence of AI-generated news anchors, signifying the rapid progress in technology. She added, “So, an AI partner is possible in the coming years.”

The movie features Kriti and Shahid portraying the characters of a robot and a robotics expert, respectively. Alongside them, veteran actors Dharmendra and Dimple Kapadia play crucial roles. Fans are anticipating the unveiling of the distinctive chemistry between the lead actors on the silver screen. Directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah, the romantic drama ‘Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’ is set to release in theaters on February 9, 2024.
