A 52-year-old employee was killed in a blast at the ordnance factory in Bhandara in eastern Vidarbha region of Maharashtra Saturday, prompting the authorities to initiate a probe to ascertain the cause of the accident.
“The authorities have initiated measures to provide compensation and pension to the deceased employee’s family,” said a source.
