Oppo has started testing the launch of its next smartphone in India. The company took X to drop the teaser poster of the Oppo A59 5G with the tag “coming soon” mentioned on it. The upcoming smartphone from Oppo is expected to cater the company’s budget range and we expect it to offer features that belong to the segment.

The post also includes the teaser poster which reveals the design details of the smartphone.Also, there’s not much known about the handset. However, it has already surfaced on Bluetooth SIG and BIS ahead of the official launch.
Oppo A59 5G: What we know so far
Based on the teaser post, the handset will feature a dual rear camera setup with individually placed lenses. Surrounding is a rectangular glossy finish design that also includes a flashlight placed between the two lenses.
From the front, there’s a water-drop notch at the centre and has flat rim all around the device. From the looks of it, the bezels look pretty thick, especially the chin.
As the name mentions, the handset will support the 5G network and considering it is launching in India sometime soon, it will also support 5G bands that work with Airtel and Jio’s 5G network.
Moreover, the handset is speculated to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6100SoC.
The exact launch details of the phone are still unknown. However, considering Oppo has started teasing the phone, we expect the launch timeline to surface soon officially.
