A 33-year-old Dalit died after being allegedly beaten by a dhaba owner on the outskirts of Mhow in MP Monday night, after an argument over him being denied food. Parts of the dhaba were demolished Tuesday on the demand of the family of the victim, Vishnu Parmar. A case has been registered under the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act against the dhaba owner.
