Mansi Taxak, who is currently on cloud nine with the success of the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial Animal, recently opened up about her working experience with Bobby Deol in the film. She revealed that her father has been a big fan of the actor and he was also a part of Barsaat premiere.
She told Bollywood Hungama her relationship with Bobbywas that she was asking a lot of questions to him on Animal set.And he would tell her about filmmaking has changed over the years and his transition to OTT from Aashram web series. She said that she got to learn a lot from everyone, be it Bobby or Saurabh Sachdeva or Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Triptti Dimri orRanbir Kapoor.
When asked about shooting for her wedding scene with Bobby which suddenly translates into somebody getting murdered, Mansi said that they used real blood to shoot for that scene and it smelled very bad. Though she would never imagine anything happening like this in real life, she said that it was a beautiful twist to the movie itself.
“You’re talking about two animals who have their own battles in their lives and fighting ghosts in their heads. And when you see Bobby sir coming into that zone, you sort of understand what we are talking about it here. You understand that he is the villain of the film,” she said.

When asked about her excitement for Animal Park, Mansi, who plays the role of Abrar’s third wife in Animal, said that it’s going to be interesting for sure. “As we know that it’s going to stick to the family drama and dynamics, we have already established Abrar’s brother Aziz who is going to avenge his brother’s death. But it’s all in my head, it’s not related to anything. Let’s just wait for Sandeep sir to come up with his idea and story. I think it’s going to be great,” she added.

Mansi made her debut in Bollywood with Pathaan where she played John Abraham’s wife. Talking about her experience, she said that it was very overwhelming to be a part of such a big project since she comes from a non-filmy background. She also revealed that she had received vanity van for herself on Pathaan sets.
