Dibrugarh: Following a grenade attack on an Army base in Tinsukia in Assam on Wednesday night, security forces arrested a member of the banned United Liberation Front of Asom-Independent (Ulfa-I) from the Bordumsa area along the Assam-Arunachal Pradesh border, reports.
